Design for Good

Culture

We’re a small but mighty team of thinkers and makers. We’re creatively led, strategically driven, and aesthetically obsessed. We’re intelligent and friendly designers, photographers, and writers who produce thoughtful designs. Fig Industries has the capacity to be both adaptive to the ever-changing needs of our small business clients while strengthening our craft with world-renowned industry leaders. We’re real—and really interested in getting to know you. We love what we do and believe in meaningful interactions. The truth is that here at Fig Industries, authenticity always wins.

Step One: Listen

Sometimes the questions are more important than the answers. We immerse ourselves in your brand by asking thoughtful questions and listening carefully. We make purposeful decisions based on educated research and aesthetic appeal. We want to understand your needs, your challenges, and share in your vision.

we listen

Step Two: Collaborate

We care. Good communication begins with listening. We keep the conversation going by planning ahead and sharing clear goals. The most important part of the process is you. Our team works together closely to ensure that your needs remain central to the process.

Step Three: Create

We’ve asked the right questions. We’ve done our research. Now watch us work! We’ll create something spectacular to retain your core values—bringing meaningful design to the heart of your brand.

Our standards are high. So are yours, and if we have to explore new possibilities, we will. We are excited to present your concept and hear your thoughts, and will work with you every step of the way to reach your vision.

we excel

Step Five: Grow

We are constantly creating and reflecting on ways to improve. We want feedback on your experience. What did you enjoy? How can we be even better? Just because you approved the job doesn’t mean our work is done. Fig Industries is a resource for all your future business needs. Let’s stay in touch.

Meet Karlo, the photographer at Fig Industries. He’s responsible for converting concepts and ideas into something that is visual and tangible. He is very passionate about people and believes that the energy a photographer brings to a shoot directly influences the quality of the image. The majority of people tend to put up a wall when they are in front of the camera and it’s Karlo’s job to establish trust so that they can let that wall down, if only for a second, to show their authenticity. He’s also very passionate about getting the image right in camera before any kind of editing in Photoshop. That’s the technical part of him.

Prior to working at Fig, he ran his own photography business for nearly a decade photographing everything from Weddings to Rock Stars. Before that, he worked in the Adventure Sports Industry as a Whitewater Rafting Guide and Downhill Ski instructor.

He has an incredibly supportive, fun, and loving family: Amanda (his wife), Gabby & Sage (his daughters).
