Fig Celebrates 10 Sweet Years

by Rebecca Fowler

This week, the team who produces Fig Magazine has many reasons to celebrate.

The power of a great idea.

Take a moment to read this excellent article in Lancaster Sunday Newspaper about the origins of Fig Magazine and its impact in the City.  Here’s a snippet from our friend Denny Cox, the former owner of Godfrey Advertising who was instrumental in launching First Friday in Lancaster. “I don’t know that Gallery Row or downtown Lancaster or Fig would have been successful without one another. And the same is true with all the galleries that opened on Gallery Row by embracing the strategy of event marketing and destination marketing simultaneously.”

One great party.

Did you get your ticket? This Thursday, the team is throwing one big party to toast ’10 Sweet Years of Fig’ and launch the holiday edition of Fig Lancaster. Your $10 ticket will give you access to our entire building takeover of 26 East (home of Bistro Barberet & Altana) featuring food on every level, a champagne toast, dancing, and a few other surprises. With more than 700 tickets already taken, we are nearly sold out. Click here to get your ticket today.

Follow us on social media during our big week of celebrations and announcements. One of the announcements is sweet, one is exciting, and all of it came from one great idea. Hope to see you Thursday.
